At Spinnaker Bay, our hillside location offers stunning elevated views of Queenstown and the lake, making it a truly memorable stay!

Please note that our (heated) driveway is on a slope, and some of the apartments themselves feature multiple levels connected by stairs. Guests arriving by car, on foot, or with prams should plan accordingly to make the most of their visit.

WONDERFUL, AND STUNNING VIEWS

I often stay in apartment-style accommodation when I travel abroad and this was one of the most wonderful accommodations I have ever stayed in.

The size of the rooms, the quality of the equipment, the cleanliness were all excellent and the view of Lake Wakatipu in front of us was an experience like no other. You can walk right out of your room onto the Queenstown Trail along the lake, which takes about 20 minutes to get to the centre of town. The Queenstown Trail is a wonderful walk. There is a bus stop nearby and access to the airport is easy even without a car.

STUNNED BY THE WONDERFUL VIEW

Have been lucky enough to stay 4 times at Spinnaker Bay. This latest trip at the end of October was wonderful as usual. Stunned by the wonderful view from the apartment. Still able to walk into town despite dodgy knees and loved the quiet and relaxing ambience. We’ve stayed all around the world and this apartment is still one of our favourites. Hope to make another trip before too long.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!!

What a beautiful set apartments right on the lake with stunning views!! Our apartment was amazing. Set over 2 levels (bedroom and bathroom downstairs and lounge and kitchen up) brand new carpet, super comfortable lounge suite, sky TV with all the channels, full kitchen, king bed and basically everything you could think of to make this feel like a home away from home.

Perfect stay close to CBD

These apartments are simply amazing and the view........ SENSATIONAL!!!! Jude (our host) looked after us and ensured we were comfortable. Having a kitchenette and BBQ made our stay so much better as we enjoyed local produce each day. Having a fire (with unlimited wood) also made for a comfortable stay. We will definitely stay again.

EXCELLENT APARTMENT

Don’t let the steep driveway deter you - we had a great apartment with everything we needed for a three night stay in Queenstown. Easy walk along the lake into town and miss all the hassle with traffic and parking. The manageress was also extremely helpful.
