Then the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry facilities are up a further flight of stairs. Thus allowing amazing views from the living areas and 2 of the 3 bedrooms.
Relax on the balconies or in the private courtyard where the apartment has BBQ facilities for you to enjoy.
