Described as a throwback to ‘classic naturalistic architecture with a clear central Otago flavour’, Jacks point delivers on the exceptional, described as John Darby’s ‘greatest work’. This 18 hole (there is a new 19th nestled between the 16 h & 17th !) championship course follows the natural rhythm of the landscape from which it's been forged. Through tussocks and grasslands, over rock and schist and within touching distance of Lake Wakatipu, this course encapsulates all of the epic beauty that is the Wakatipu Basin. With careful thought to design aesthetics and the ultimate in golfing experiences, Jacks point offers golfers an exciting challenge with five tee positions.

But you don’t have to be all about golf to enjoy Jacks Point Clubhouse! Framed by the mighty Remarkables, the rustic benevolent atmosphere of the simple exposed beams and the open spaces with roaring fireplace and views out over the Clubhouse Pond and up to the majestic towering peaks of the Remarkables provide a warm and inviting place to relax. The food is exceptional, showcasing local produce in a variety of well thought out and enjoyable meal options, and whether you’re there for a simple coffee, a glass of wine or to enjoy a full 3 course meal, the service always seems to be friendly and welcoming.
