Queenstown

Queenstown is a truly international resort, situated on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, New Zealand, surrounded by rugged mountain peaks and majestic lakes.

It boasts a unique lakeside town centre full of excellent shops and boutiques selling a great range of souvenirs, jewellery, art, fashion & sportswear  - both made locally, or pulled from an eclectic international. Nightlife is varied with stylish wine bars, live jazz, top DJ's, and plenty of bars serving locally brewed beer or après ski cocktails in front of roaring log fires.  The weekend markets showcase the depth and skill of our local artisan community and the food trucks spoil us for 'garden to plate' dining in a local relaxed atmosphere.

Known as New Zealand's adventure capital, Queenstown has something for everyone. For the adrenaline junkies there is bungy jumping, jet boating, white water rafting, skydiving, paragliding and much, much more. For those who are after a more relaxing getaway, the area also offers a multitude of tracks for walking and bicycling, many golf courses, or just leisurely lake cruises, scenic flights, with wineries and fashionable cafes and restaurants to enjoy.

Queenstown is as fun for the children and families as it is for the adults!  Saturated with cool fun activities to explore and experience, you can spend days on end trying new adventures such as go carting, trampolining, water activities, riding the luge, zip-lining, visiting the 'haunted house' or the indoor maze, the cinema and much much more!  And remember, Queenstown can also be your perfect base to explore Glenorchy, Cromwell, Alexandra and Wanaka too!
